Allen Goodman is the CFO and was instrumental in the formation and establishment of Fund Dynamics. Mr. Goodman has expertise in performance measurement, economic modeling and business process design. He has been working within the industries of financial services and management consulting since graduating from the University of Wisconsin - Madison in 1992. In 1995, Mr. Goodman earned his Masters degree in Accountancy from DePaul University. Mr. Goodman founded and managed Exclusively Gourmet, Inc., a specialty food and confections brokerage company in 1995. In 1997, he joined BDO Seidman, LLP as a Business Valuation Consultant. In 1999, Mr. Goodman joined VIA International and worked as an advisor to Fortune 500 companies. In 2000, Allen formed Financial Products, Ltd., a business process design firm. In 2001, Mr. Goodman joined Price Futures Group as Chief Financial Officer. He also served as Chief Financial Officer for Uhlmann Price Securities from 2003 through 2007.

Lori Sampson is the Managing Director of Fund Dynamics. Ms. Sampson has held internship positions at United Airlines and Deloitte and Touche, LLP where she gained a plethora of industry experience in both the public and private accounting sectors. Lori’s full time career began at McGladrey and Pullen, LLP, formerly known as American Express Tax and Business Services where she performed audit and tax services for financial, primarily hedge fund and commodity pool, and non-profit clients. Ms. Sampson is a 2001 graduate of the University of Illinois and is a Certified Public Accountant with the State of Illinois.
